Double-hand Poker is a cutting-edge game with ancient origins. Founded on the ancient Chinese domino game and the modern American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker bands together the east with the western in a wonderful game for beginning level gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player vs. the casino, unlike almost all other poker games that gamblers play with other gamblers. By betting against the dealer, beginning players do not have to fret about any other, more knowledgeable gamblers winning their moolla.
One more Pai Gow advantage is the relatively leisurely game pace, newcomers can take their time and strategize while not needing to make quick decisions.
It is also simpler to play for a very long time with basically a little bit of cash seeing as, to lose, each of your hands needs to be under both of the houses hands.
Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the familiar 52-card common deck and a single joker. The player is dealt 7 cards faces showing and the croupier gets seven cards face down.
A 5 card hand and one 2 card hand need to be put together from the seven cards dealt, the five card hand must be better than the 2 card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand values to be better than the dealer’s.
