A number of poker tactics will surprise you with their simplicity. This is sample. Jot down your outcomes, every time you gamble.

You have to write down thy wins and thy squanders; for it is the total of all a persons accomplishments which generate his basis.
How accurate is your decision. I usually think that hourly specifics and that type of personal detail is not needed. Basically work out how much in front you are and what amount (if anything) you have withdrawn. Naturally, if you lose, note that too, despite how much it it might pain you.
Don’t forget to write down what sort of poker you are playing, if that is critical to you. (In my experience, most players stick to what they know and do not try something they do not know. If all you do is keep up, down and withdrawals, you are light years in front of most gamblers out there!)
Bestow on yourself achievable ambitions, like a ‘dream’ target (new auto, vacation or whatever). When you withdraw, add the $$$$$ taken out to your dream counter. The greater the success you have, the nearer that goal will be!
